About Paul Wright
I started out with an Electrical, Electronic and Engineering background qualifying as an Instrumentation Engineer and a qualified Electrician. This was pursued for a number of years before moving into the TV Broadcast Electronics industry.
I have renovated a number of my own properties having a keen interest in property maintenance and have been running my business for over seven years now and more recently focussed on property maintenance and kitchen and bathroom Installations.
I have undertaken all the relevant Electrical Training and Qualifications in order to become a certified and Qualified Domestic Electrician. This enables me to self-certify all my electrical work under the Part-P Certification with Certification provider Stroma.
How Much I charge and ways you can pay
The majority of my work is by tailored quotation and it will provide the details of the work that we agree upon. I ask that we both sign the quotation so that both parties have the security and clarity of what was agreed. As with any job there will often be snags or issues that appear which may be outside of this scope of the initial works or agreement. As I mentioned before Customer Satisfaction and Service is one of my top priorities, so if this occurs I will discuss these with you and agree on the best remedial action.
Where the quotation requires an amount of specific materials to be purchased up front, I will usually ask for a small percentage of the quotation value to be paid up front in order that I can purchase the required items.
The final invoice will usually be emailed to you, and I would prefer settlement by bank transfer, although obviously cheque or cash payments are more than acceptable. My Business is VAT registered so all my invoices will include VAT at the current rate.
My business is fully insured with the appropriate levels of Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
